Rewind a few months ago, I was self conscious and physically drained. After deciding enough was enough, I made the decision to join CrossFit 190. I am proud to say in less than three months, I have managed to lose 47 pounds. Joining CrossFit helped me turn my life around because now I exercise six times a week, completely changed the way I eat, and have more energy throughout the day. I never thought I would accomplish what I have so far, but the support from the CrossFit 190 coaches and members helped push me to keep going. Although I am still working on my fitness journey, I would have never been able to get this far without taking the first step and going to my first class at 190. The first class was tough, but the trainers helped me through and worked me slowly to get to the point where I am now. This has been one of the best decisions of my life and I do not plan on stopping anytime soon.
